This product was designed to use with the 600 mL Ricordi Chamber. It is a combination of the sealing functionality of the o-ring and the wire mesh filter, all in one product.
The sharp edges of the traditional wire screens are covered by the silicone-over molded o-ring preventing puncture accidents.
